Performance Guarantee

We guarantee that your Elephant Energy Heat Pump System will keep your home at a comfortable 68°F for 10 years post installation. If your system can’t meet this standard between -5°F and 95°F, we will repair, upgrade, or even replace it—at no extra cost.

Our Promise to You

1-Year Full Service Guarantee

For the first year after installation, all parts and labor are covered. If anything isn’t working as promised, just let us know—we’ll fix it at no cost to you.

10-Year Parts Warranty

We stand by the quality of our equipment. For 10 years, if a component of your heat pump system fails, we’ll replace it for free.

12-Year Parts Warranty

As a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, we offer an additional 2-year parts warranty on select systems. Any faulty parts will be replaced at no cost to you for 12 years—ensuring long-term peace of mind.

What’s not covered?

To make sure you’re fully informed, here’s what our guarantee doesn’t cover:

Regular Maintenance: Filters need routine replacement. Fans, fins, and coils need routine cleaning. These are the homeowner’s responsibility. Failure to regularly maintain your system voids the Performance Guarantee.
Cosmetic Damage: Surface damage that doesn’t affect performance, including damage from extreme weather like hail, is excluded.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any changes made to the system after installation will void the Performance Guarantee.
Non-Transferable: The Performance Guarantee applies only to the original owner and does not transfer to new homeowners if the property is sold.
Structural Changes: Modifications to your home that alter its heating needs, such as expansions or major renovations, are not covered.
Existing Temperature Imbalances: often homes experience temperature imbalances across rooms and floors. The Performance Guarantee does not apply to solving pre-existing conditions.
Labor: The 10 or 12 Year Parts Warranty does not cover the labor costs to resolve the issues.
